Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

All plans include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged at all. No refund is needed as no payment is taken.

2. Cancellation After Trial

Once your trial ends and billing begins, you may cancel at any time from your account settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for the remaining days of a billing period after cancellation.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

We consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances — for example, if you were charged due to a technical error on our part. To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of the charge at hello@ukgrantmatch.co.uk with your account email and a description of the issue.

4. Annual Plans

Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after the first 14 days following payment. If you cancel an annual plan within 14 days of a renewal charge, we will issue a full refund and close your account.
