Terms of Service

Last updated: April 2025

1. About UKGrantMatch

UKGrantMatch ("we", "us", "our") is a software-as-a-service platform that aggregates publicly available UK grant funding opportunities and provides tools to help users discover, track, and apply for relevant grants. We are not a financial advisor, grant consultant, or funding provider.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using UKGrantMatch, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

3. Subscription & Free Trial

All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. You must provide valid payment details to start a trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged. After the trial, your subscription renews automatically on a monthly or annual basis depending on the plan you selected.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the service until that date.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: scrape or copy our grant database for redistribution; use the platform to provide a competing service; share your account credentials with others; or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Data Accuracy

We make every effort to keep grant information accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee completeness or accuracy. Always verify grant details directly with the funder before applying. We accept no liability for decisions made based on information found on UKGrantMatch.

7. AI Features

AI-generated content including grant recommendations and proposal letters is provided for guidance only. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated output before use. We make no guarantees about the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated content.

8. Intellectual Property

The UKGrantMatch platform, including its software, design, and compiled grant database, is our intellectual property. Grant data sourced from public funders remains the property of those funders.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UKGrantMatch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or in-app notice of any material changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
